Chef Marco Barrila - On The Move

After cooking privately for the past five years, Chef Marco's is back to his roots in the kitchen of Blue Sky Restaurant & Lounge, Sag Harbor...making his sought after cuisine now available to the public. He will be performing as the new Executive Chef. In collaboration, his culinary team will offer chic catering by Insatiable EATS and "Craft" foods ToGo.
